The LEAD Program brings an in-depth approach to building leadership skills in nursing.

Our leaders are currently engaged in a year-long adventure of growth and learning. They’re sharpening their leadership skills with a focus on goal setting, understanding effective leadership dynamics, and applying these insights through practical experiences. The program offers them:

The program is under the guidance of Dr. Janice Brewington, NLN Chief Program Officer and a member of our Board of Directors, ensuring our leaders are well-supported on their journey. Beverly Malone, PhD, RN, FAAN, NLN’s President and CEO, has lauded the LEAD program as essential for cultivating future healthcare leaders, emphasizing its role in propelling the nursing profession forward.
