Introducing Faculty All Access
Galen is excited to announce the launch of Faculty All Access, a curated, searchable media collection designed for our faculty and staff. This on-demand platform consolidates educational media resources from various Galen departments, including “how-to” guides, faculty development materials, and support from resources such as the Teaching and Learning Academy (TLA), Curriculum, and Instructional Technology Support.
Similar to how Galen All Access empowers students with searchable access to course media, Faculty All Access provides faculty with easy access to resources on teaching strategies, testing information, and software guides.
Features
- Recordings of TLA Workshops and Development Seminars: Revisit past webinar content or search for topics that align with your professional interests.
- Catalog of Faculty Companion Courses: Find any pre-licensure Faculty Companion Course (FCC) to access specific resources that assist in guiding your students on their educational journey. The FCC offers week-by-week instructional resources and guidance.
- Instructional Technology Support: Browse guides and tutorials organized by software name, search for help topics, or initiate an on-demand chat with the Instructional Technology Support Team.
- Compassionate Care Media Resources: Explore Galen’s iCARE principles and delve into additional media about Galen’s Compassionate Care model.
- Curriculum Modeling, Testing, and Teaching Media: Learn about the standardization of the Galen curriculum, effective exam administration, and strategies to incorporate various teaching methods and activities—including Next Generation NCLEX question styles—into your classroom instruction.
